The room provided enough space for comfort. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and accommodating during check-in. We felt the facilities had potential, but the overall hygiene was disappointing. The atmosphere in the lobby made a good impression, but issues in the dining area affect the overall experience.

I checked into Hometowne Studios, hoping for a cozy place to rest. The kitchenette added a nice touch, making meal prep easy. The fridge was full-size, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floors felt grimy, and there weren't enough towels available. I also faced issues with the toilet frequently clogging. While most of the staff were friendly, a few seemed indifferent to guest needs. My stay lasted 14 nights, and I left with mixed feelings. The little things could have made it much more comfortable, but the affordability and kitchenette made it workable.

They gave me an upgrade to a suite after my first night disaster with the stench in the room. I mean, I got a personal call from Lisa here, she really cared, offered me a free night stay certificate. Like, who does that?

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for.
